Hotel Information

  • AbSciCon has provided discounted rates at nearby hotels which can be booked through their site. The deadline to reserve housing via the conference website is 10 April (23:59 EDT/03:59 +1 GMT)

    All rates per night are in U.S. dollars and exclude taxes and fees. All hotels are offering a limited number of U.S. government per diem rates for U.S. government attendees. A valid U.S. government identification document is required at hotel check-in. The Graduate and Courtyard are also offering a limited number of discounted rooms for student attendees. A valid student identification document is required at hotel check-in.

Transportation

  • The downtown area from is just ~10 miles from Rhode Island T.F. Green International Airport, approximately 13 minutes by car.

  • Taxi service to and from Green into Providence costs approximately $35 plus gratuity.

  • Ride Sharing – Ubers and Lyfts are readily available at Rhode Island T.F Green International Airport. Pickup location is on the outer curb at arrivals. Cost is approximately $20.

  • Rhode Island T.F. Green International Airport is conveniently connected to the MBTA commuter trains through the InterLink train station. Travelers can access the InterLink directly from the airport terminal through the skywalk.
